About Willem Janssen

Willem A. Janssen is an Assistant Professor of European and Dutch Public Procurement Law at the PPRC and RENFORCE (Utrecht University). He published his monograph on 'EU public procurement law & Self-organisation: a Nexus of Tensions and Reconciliations' in 2018 and has published in various international and national journals. He hosts the first Dutch podcast 'Bestek - de Aanbestedingspodcast' on this topic, is a monthly columnist at Gemeente.nu and is actively involved in improving public procurement law and practices.
