About Stanislaw Tosza

Dr Stanislaw Tosza is an assistant professor at Willem Pompe Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology and a researcher at RENFORCE. At the Utrecht Law School, Stanislaw is responsible for developing research and teaching courses regarding (criminal) law and digital technology, in particular cybercrime and digital evidence. In his research he focuses also on white-collar criminality and liability of mangers, European criminal law, as well as problems of enforcement of law. He teaches a Master course on European and international criminal law. Project manager of the Utrecht University Illicit Tobacco Trade Project. Secretary of the Scientific Committee of the AIDP (International Association of Penal Law).
